Wings and fried rice were amazing. Staff were helpful in figuring out what to order. They did a pop up at Almanac Brewery and the food pied great with our beers. I hope I see them here again!
I got Chorizo chicken fried rice, lots of flavor love the crunch nothing like this and got wings. Lots of flavor extra crispy really good and great customer service and friendly people. Turn my bad day into a good day. Great Ambience. :-)
We ate this place as they were set up at Hapa's Brewery. They are awesome!! I had the smoked brisket arepa which was a 10/10 so much flavor in the brisket. Queso came with potato like wedges and was delicious as well. My girlfriend had the Birria patacones and it was pretty good too. Very excited to try their brick and mortar. Hapas is a very cool styled warehouse brewery. Service was fast and good tasted so fresh.
At Bare Bottle watching Colombia v Uruguay. Rooting for Colombia for the unbelievable patacones, birria and vegetarian. I may be Team Colombia forever!

"Wonderful Visit at Three Sheets, Dublin" I confess I have never had Colombian food, at least to my knowledge anyway. The truck arrived in the early evening at Three Sheets Brewery in Dublin california. There is an extensive menu of Colombian food. I asked the nice server what he would recommend, and he suggested the beef barira. It's braised beef, made from crispy plantains. It's crispy with braised beef on top. Sort of like small tacos, except crispier, thinner texture. Thank you for visiting us today and thank you for the wonderful food.

Best food in every town they are in. A MUST TRY! It's unique and restaurant quality as well. On top of that, their service is spectacular. The most friendliest cooks you'll ever meet. You need to try everything on their menu and they change it up at events which is exciting. I can't wait to see them at their next pop up!
Everyone needs to try this Colombian fusion spot! They have pop-ups at different brewing places and night markets! Be sure to follow them on Instagram to see their upcoming schedule. Juan and Stephanie always brings the vibes! Welcoming staff and shows genuine love for what they do. Food is so freaking good!! They make such innovative items. I want to eat everything they make!
